PURPOSE
The purpose of X.C.L.A.I.M. Choral Clincs is to help build excellent choirs who effectively lead and inspire music ministries in small and medium-sized churches. This ministry is open to all denominations. The acrostic for X.C.L.A.I.M. is:

BENEFITS TO YOUR MUSIC MINISTRY

• Learn 6 anthems in three hours.
• Gives smaller churches an opportunity to sing with a larger group.
• Fellowship with other choir ministries in your area.
• Exposure to new approaches and ideas in choral music.
• Receive 10 free anthem packets (6 anthems each) per church, a  $100 value. Additional packets $10 each. 
• Tom Eggleston is also available for evening concerts or special programs. 
• 10% of proceeds will be donated to a music mission project.

HOW LARGER CHURCHES CAN HELP

• Get the know the Music Ministers of small/medium-sized churches in your area.
• Become a mentor to Music Ministers in your area who need assistance.
• Host the choral clinic and the optional Saturday lunch/worship or Sunday dinner/worship.
• Sponsor a small/medium-sized church who cannot afford to participate in the choral clinic. Pay the fee for one or more churches.
• Choral Clinic fee will be waived for host church ($200 value) if at least 4 other churches participate, plus receive 10 free anthem packets (6 anthems each, a $100 value).

FEES

• 4 church minimum needed to hold clinic @ $200 each.
  (Includes 10 free anthem packets with 6 anthems each, a $100 value.)
• 5 churches @ $175 each.
• 6+ churches @ $150 each.
  (Fees are subject to change.)

  9:00 AM - Registration                              2:15 PM - Registration
  9:15 AM - Rehearse                                   2:30 PM - Rehearse
12:15 PM - Lunch (option by host church)   5:30 PM - Supper (option by host church)

  1:30 PM - Adjourn                                     7:30 PM - Adjourn
*Other days for the choral clinic are available if requested.
