The 6/8 tempo gives the anthem a great lilt and the lyric is joyful, "We celebrate Jesus as we journey together, We will build up His kingdom, We're on mission for Christ."

Let the Whole World Sing Out His Praise - SATB; 8 pages; Keys-C, D; Medium Difficulty. Premiered at the 2005 Youth Music/Arts Camp sponsored by the SC Baptist Convention. This is an upbeat anthem of praise based on scripture. It has a driving accompaniment and the anthem is suited equally for students or adult choirs. SAB also available.
           f. Love is Where to Start - SATB, 6 pages; Keys-Bb, C; Easy. This anthem was written as a theme anthem for a special emphasis with St. Andrews Baptist Church in Columbia, SC. It is an intimate expression of praise as we seek to come closer to God. 
           g. Sing to the Lord a Marvelous Song - SATB, SAB, SSA, TTBB, 7 pages; C, Ab; Medium Difficult.
This anthem has a driving accompaniment and a joyful spirit of praise and adoration.

 BA/TF g. The Extravagant Love of the Lord - SATB; 7 pages; Keys--F, G; Medium. This anthem was the first place winner of the 2004 Music & Creative Worship Xtravaganza Songwriting Contest sponsored by SC Baptist Convention. It was based on the theme verse, Psalm 145:7. I think your choir will enjoy this uplifting text and tune.
      TF h. Those Unseen Hands - SAB; 10 pages; Keys--F; Easy. This anthem was discovered when the SC Singing Churchmen traveled to Taiwan and sang with the Christian Mountain Children's Home. This group ended each concert with this piece. Many of the children cried as they sang this powerful song of redemption and commitment.
          i. We Welcome You, Creator God - Echo Anthem; 3 pages; Key-D; Easy. Written for the 2007 SCBC Creative Ministries Festival.

     TF j. What Will You Do With This Jesus? - SATB & Hymn; 5 pages; Keys G, Ab; Easy. This anthem was inspired by a sermon preached by Dr. Don Wilton, pastor of First Baptist, Spartanburg, SC. This anthem could effectively be used as an invitation anthem or commitment hymn.
           k. You Are the Spring (SATB); 7 pages; Keys D; Eb; Medium. This anthem is based on Isaiah 58:11. Christ is the Spring, the Living Water, Healing Streams, and deep, blue Oceans.

 a. We Hear the Homeless Crying - SATB; 7 pages; Keys--Ab, E, G, Ab, A, C; Difficult. Originally written for Habitat for Humanity and more recently dedicated to the victims of the 2004 Tsunami in Southeast  Asia. It was sung by the SC Singing Churchmen on the 2004 Taiwan tour. Being a native of the New Orleans area, the anthem was rededicated to the victims and those left homeless by Hurricane Katrina.

a. Love Lifted Me - SATB; 4 pages; Keys--Cm, C; Easy. I've always thought this hymn needed a new tune. It has a Celtic feel and uses a minor key for the stanza and a major key for the chorus. The song can be used with a praise team and the choir and/or congregation can sing on the chorus.

            c. We Hear the Homeless Crying - This is an original hymn that speaks to the plight of the homeless. It is dedicated to the victims of Katrina, The Asian Tsunami, and others that have suffered great loss.
